You need to CLEARLY state why you require a sound moderator. The reason for given is the prevention of damage to your health caused by firearm generated noise. There are many sources of information on hearing protection and the dangers from firearm noise. We highly recommend you research the subject and put forward a good argument to your licensing authority. An excellent source of information is the book “Hunting with silencers” by Dr Christian Neitzel. Unfortunately this book is currently only available in the German, but we hope it will be available in English in the near future.
