Roedale Delta Ultralight sound moderators were specially developed in conjunction with the University of Applied Science – Osnabrück, Germany, to be the lightest full bore capable hunting/sports sound moderator in the world. Our Ultralight sound moderators are in use with weight and ergonomics conscious hunters around the globe.
All Ultralight models are mounted to the rifle barrel by a suitable muzzle thread or direct to a Deltabrake. Use of the open sights is still possible due to the Ultralight’s slim design.
All parts of the Delta Ultralight are manufactured from the highest quality materials on CNC machines. Each part is then subjected to a high tech hardening and coating process. Each part is hardened and coated to Mil-Spec type III. The surface hardness is between 400 and 500HV0,025. .
The Delta Ultralight S4 is, to our knowledge, the lightest full bore capable sound moderator available. It provides excellent noise reduction and hearing protection for calibers up to .308win. For sensitive, already damaged ears, or for users requiring maximum sound reduction, it is possible to add additional baffles to the basic unit thanks to the modular design. We manufacture 2 types of baffles for the Ultralight; Standard or S type (length 20mm – weight 27g) and Compact or K type (length 10mm – weight 20g). It is possible to fit a combination of baffles together to form a unit or baffle stack.

Delta Ultralight Magnum
Description:
Delta Ultralight Magnum sound moderators are a further development of the Delta Ultralight. A lengthened blast chamber increases the internal volume of the moderator to cope with magnum type calibers and improve noise reduction capability. The Ultralight Magnum can also be used on all standard calibers.

Roedale Ultralight Sound Moderators offer excellent performance and are the lightest full bore sound moderator available. They are one of the finest examples available demonstrating the application of science and technology in combating firearms noise. Light, robust and efficient. There are sound moderators available that offer more noise reduction (e.g. Delta Pro X), but more reduction invariably means increased weight and larger dimensions.
